On April 20, the 2019 Shanghai International Arbitration Forum, themed around the Reform and Innovate Arbitral Institution, Open Up to Facilitate Development of Arbitration Industry and Optimizing the Business Environment, was held in Shanghai. Ms. Zheng Fangying, officer of legal consultation department of BCI & BIMC (formerly known as BCI), attended the conference and gave out keynote speech on the topic of the new trends in the arbitration development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
Over four hundred people from more than sixty domestic and foreign arbitration institutions, mediation institutions and research institutions, as well as lawyers, arbitrators, representatives from enterprises and dispute resolution institutions or think-tanks attended the forum. The forum was sponsored by the China University of Political Science and Law, co-hosted by the China University of Political Science and Law China Arbitration Institute.
